Open 7 days a week, great place to drop in and get a taste of local life, local food and local atmosphere. The Parndana Hotel provided traditional Australian Pub food with modern infused flavors. The menu showcases Kangaroo Island produce with local marron, KI sheep Haloumi, Local oysters and Lamb chorizo as just some of the local food they have to offer. Meals from 12-2.30 and 6-8.30 Everyday(May to September 12-2 and 6-8)

Pardana Hotel 2025

"The night we came they wouldnt take orders until 5.45pm, we arrived at 5. So a long wait for children. There was incomplete cutlery on every table and they were all so dirty. Young server said' oh i should have checked that lol' but didnt then go and fix the tables. The food was mediocre. Salad was wilted. But if your hungry its fine. Not many places to eat after 5pm on Kangaroo Island. Beef schnitzel was huge and thick meat compared to any ive seen i thought it would be better than the thin ones, but my son hated it. You cant be too harsh when there aren't many places to eat."

Nice country pub with fantastic meals.

"A country pub in the middle of the island. A great place to stay if you are planning to spend a few days exploring the west of the island and want to cut down on travelling time. The cabins are basic but clean and tidy. Have ebverything you need to cook your own meals. Very nice to unwind on the verandah after a day doing touristy things and listen to the birds settle down for the evening. The pub is great with a lovely country pub feel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The meals are fantastic. Ate there a couple of times and both times the meals were great. Steak was huge, well cooked and had a generous serving of chips and a proper salad. (Not the small bowl of soggy over vinaigretted lettuce I get at Adelaide pubs). Second night was a curry, lovey flavours but could have been a bit spicier but I suspect they tone it down unless asked not to. The parmi seems a popular choice and they looked fantastic. Well worth a stay or a visit if you are hungry. Meals as good as anywhere else on the island."

"Fish was great n fresh However I am sure they could provide a soft drink and even some dressing for the salad in the fish and chips. Service was not too friendly."
