WE ARE OPEN CHRISTMAS DAY and every day over Easter 9 am - 5 pm We are the only Bakery / Cafe in town, with a full take away menu, Barista made coffee, eat in meals, grocery store & fresh fruit / Vegetables. Established in the early 1960's we have grown and developed this wonderful site into a Bakery & Cafe with a newsagency and small super-market. We are family owned and operated since 1997 and we are the only place in Parndana to sell Barista made coffee and our fresh rolls and batard breads are baked on site daily. We offer an extensive Cafe menu featuring eat in and take away meals, as well as lovely pies, pasties and snack foods! Our range of slices and cakes is extensive (and yummy!!!) Stock up with our fresh fruit and vegetables and groceries from our mini supermarket or grab a magazine or daily paper to enjoy. Come in for a chat or any travel advice, we are open 8am-6pm daily and 8-5pm Sundays! We are also open public holidays (8am - 5pm)!

Needs a better chef

"Lovely friendly service, but the food was very second rate, I had vege soup which looked and tasted like baby food with some sort of thickener in it. No veges visible. My partner had a BLT the bacon was still nearly raw. Chai was like faintly flavoured milk. I see it was for sale so maybe they have lost interest in cooking good food, as past reviews have said how good ot was."

PARNDANA BAKERY

"When walking in to the bakery we, ‘4 happy travellers’ were told to order at the front counter…so we ordered our food plus sandwiches for our trip to the other end of the island. But when we went to sit inside where the tables and chairs were we were promptly told to take our food outside as it was classed as takeaway! We’d actually spent $116 . In all our travels around this beautiful country of ours we’ve never had to eat our pies etc outside of a bakery!!!!!! Must admit that the sandwiches were great….the pies okay…but the coffee was so bad that we had to throw them in the bin! We were ‘not happy Jan’ !"
