The Kangaroo Island Wildlife Park is a fun day out for all ages! Hand feed kangaroos, touch and hold koalas, see Penguins play and get up close with many of our beautiful Australia native animals. The Wildlife Park moved to a brand new location at 3115 South Coast Road, Seal Bay in December 2024!

Marmoset and African Serval encounters - AMAZING!

"My partner and I went to KI Wildlife Park and did the Marmoset encounter and the Serval encounter. Both were absolutely amazing and the keepers actually tweaked some times in order for us to experience both. That kind of flexibility is rare. I will say though they put the animal's needs first based on feeding times and routines so it wasn't just to appease us. Was amazing and totally recommend this."

Educational Visit.

"A highlight of our visit to Kangaroo Island and the ability to get up close to various native animals, particularly the friendly kangaroos. Interesting information from our guide about the animals and their habitat. Many of the animals and some birds have been rescued, being orphaned or suffering injury and the park is now home. Particularly impressed with the colourful plumage of the birds in their spacious enclosures. Enjoyed some light refreshments and purchased some small giftware in the shop."

Top experience of my visit to Australia!

"The absolute best experience! Our tour guide, Tyler, was knowledgeable and receptive to all my questions. He did not talk to much, gave us plenty of time to be with the koalas and Roos, and was exceptionally pleasant. His love for rescues and wildlife was evident. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there! Superb. Do not miss.

"Started our visit at 09.30 and had a superb half day. The site is very well laid out and allows you to see and interact with different animals. All staff we spoke with were helpful and informative. Taking time to answer questions. It is superb and should be seen by other wild life centres we have visited around the world as an exemplar."

Do not miss it, if you are going to the Flinders Chase National Park....it is on the way.

"The wildlife park is so-so, but the "Raptor Domain", which is part of the park, is the real attraction. A very good show involving various raptors, ranging from parrots, to huge eagles. Audience participation is encouraged, and this is a great hit with kids. This place is on the way to Flinders Chase National Park, so very easy to see."
